Job Description

Management and maintenance of the company's Quality System, Implementation, and improvement.

2. Responsible for management of the customer complaint system - all divisions (investigation and resolution).

3. Handle supplier complaints with the purchasing department and directly with the supplier as needed.

4. Manage nonconformance control, material review, and corrective and preventive measures.

5. Maintain and establish quality standards and develop new standards for continued quality improvement.

6. Ensures all established testing methods are followed and seeks out continuous improvement.

7. Monitor daily production efficiencies provide improvement/solutions to productivity roadblocks, and continually improve downtime issues.

8. Up-date, develop, and/or create manuals and/or standards in areas where needed. Continually review and evaluate standard documentation and improve and/or create where necessary.

9. Prepare product and process quality reports, and analyze and summarize information and trends.

10. Analyze customer complaint trends relating to quality: provide feedback to operations on trends and corrective actions to reduce complaints and recurring complaints.

11. Constantly monitor APCBI implementing systems, and monthly trends and ensure the department meets and/or exceeds goals.

12. Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills.

13. Develops, implements, and monitors various reporting systems concerning product returns, performance & quality to assist to top management in problem resolution and product decision-making.

14. Develops, implements, and controls quality programs for the conformance of product systems, including methods and procedures to continuously monitor customer satisfaction, and serves as an internal audit.

15. Perform trend analysis and establish corrective/preventive action as required. Controls nonconforming products and is responsible for their disposition and/ or release.

30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
