Job Description
- Maintains and evaluates manufacturing manpower standard requirements
- Assist in production planning through manpower allocation
- Maintains and analyzes production standard and capacity
- Provides assistance to the VP-Operations and Asst. Plant Manager on new projects
- Conducts monthly review of time and motion study analysis of production task related activities.
- Maintains, evaluates, analyzes and documents manufacturing systems and operation procedures.
- Analyzes and maintains yearly manufacturing operation review
- Review and analyzes weekly production efficiency report and manpower production status.
- Provides assistance on manpower review board
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor / College degree in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 year working experience in the same capacity
- Highly assertive
- Can work well on tight schedule
- With strong analytical skills
- Can work under pressure
- Can work under limited supervision
- Salary:
- 15.215,00 ₱ Monthly
