Job Description

Description:

Intermediate to Advanced SQL knowledge
a. Can write SQL queries based on design requirements/business logic
b. Can write SQL queries for testing validation/extracting data for test case data comparison
c. Can analyze SQL scripts with multiple joining conditions (inner joins, left joins, etc) – this is critical
d. Validates data by running queries in the database to verify expected results

SFTP knowledge/skills

AWS background, knowledge on Airflows, job run validations, configurations, etc

Can review and understand ETL requirements (source-to-target mappings), design documents, and similar technical documentation

Writes detailed and appropriate test cases/test scripts for ETL process that loads data from files to SQL database

Has solid documentation skills (good written and oral communication skills)

Actively participates in meetings, status calls, testing updates

Has JIRA background, test upload, test execution, bug tracking and reporting
