Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service.
Resolve customer inquiries related to banking and financial products.
Ensure its compliance with U.S. investment and capital market regulations.
Needed Qualifications
Two years of experience in banking and finance.
Exposure to U.S. investments and capital markets.
High school graduate (old curriculum) or ALS graduate.
