Our other businesses and companies are iMart convenience stores, Caltex (gasoline stations), and Chris Sports (sports accessories). Job Description
Conduct Store check – stock availability and visibility in selling area
Schedule delivery with Logistics
Do Collection to accounts
Secure received sales invoice from CCD for countering
Secure counter receipt (inv. # > delivery date > amount)
Deduct all deductions (Ex. Discounts, promos, display allowance, share, bad order, etc.)
Get sales invoice from CCD and any other necessary attachments (Ex. BO form, CM and returns)
Present counter receipt to accounting/releasing officer per account
Issue collection receipt (sales invoice #, invoice amount, discounts, bad order, promotions, returns, EWT form)
Check cheque information (name, date, signature, amount and amount in words)
Put agent initials and account name at the back of the cheque
Do Remittance
Create collection report
Content of collection report is the same as collection receipt
Remit to cashier
Account Inventory Control
Responsibility of assigned merchandiser per account
Monitors Bad Order
