Job Description

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
At least college level/Gradate of any computer related courses.
Knowledgeable in computer programs such as MS Word and Excel is a must.
Preferably with experience in RMA service and support.
Good communication/writing skills.
With Initiative and customer service skills.
Neat apperance and well spoken.
Courteous and can work well with, little supervision.
Hard working, trustworthy, disciplined.
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Check and release order or RMA items.
Process and coordinate Walk-in clients / end-user (pullout & service).
Answer and response to clients or UBT sales personnel's email & telephone calls.
Update UBT sales personnel/client/end user regarding status of the RMA.
Acknowledge & Filing forms
Inventory
Perform any task related to work that will be assigned by his Superior
Salary:
16.000,00 ₱ Monthly
