Job Description

Role: Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics
Work setup: Hybrid (RTO 1 or 2x in a week)
Shift: 8PM to 5AM (PH Time)
Work location: Ortigas, Pasig

Responsibilities:
Oversee a group of data professionals including senior analysts, database specialists, and data associates across multiple clients in the B2B marketing space to ensure consistently high standards of delivery and operational efficiency.
Lead key database and analysis projects to uncover key issues and opportunities with client’s marketing data setup and infrastructure, including but not limited to data quality, completeness of data, data maintenance processes, key segmentation, and potential expansions of lookalike audiences.
Assist in the development of high-level business simulation and projection models to enable scenario planning in support of strategic goal-setting processes.
Advise the leadership team in new changes and advancements in the field of data analytics that can be levered to further improve standards of deliverables.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience in leading or managing a team of data analysts and associates with a proven track record of developing successful analysts.
Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines.
Proficient in SQL and Excel.
Familiar with the concept of data storage in CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) and Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc).
Outstanding communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues, including strong presentation and PowerPoint skills.
Prior experience in a B2B Sales or Marketing environment is highly advantageous.
