Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service. Address inquiries and resolve concerns with a friendly and helpful approach.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
Needed Qualifications:
Applicants must have at least 12 years of education, including 2two years of college. Senior High School graduates need at least one year of customer service experience.
