Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
Use your 1-year BPO experience to handle inquiries. Resolve issues related to the Travel Account.
Show skill using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo, etc.)

Needed Qualifications:

At least 1 year of BPO experience.
Educational attainment: Must have completed at least 1 year in college.
Good communication skills
