Youtube Content Creator (Video Editor)

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and data-driven YouTube Content Creator to manage and oversee content for multiple assigned YouTube channels. You will be responsible for the entire video lifecycle, from compiling and editing content to uploading and analyzing its performance, all from the comfort of your own home!

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee content for multiple assigned YouTube channels (Work-From-Home).
Edit and compile videos using authorized content stored in the company Dropbox.
Ensure all edits are polished and flow seamlessly, maintaining a high standard of quality.
Render videos in the appropriate format for YouTube upload.
Craft compelling titles, descriptions, and tags.
Upload finished videos to designated internal distribution YouTube channels.
Maintain a consistent video aspect ratio of 16:9 and strive for 4K UHD resolution whenever possible.
Experience analyzing YouTube channel performance metrics to inform content strategy and audience engagement tactics.
Collaborate with the Promotions Manager to develop strategies to optimize channel growth and revenue based on data insights.
Report directly to the Promotions Manager, providing regular updates on project progress and performance.
Fill out all required information in a designated Google Sheet for manual claiming purposes.
Participate in the creation of a standardized process for creating promotional YouTube channels.
Qualifications:

Proven experience creating engaging and high-quality video content for YouTube.
Strong video editing skills with proficiency in a program like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Must have knowledge of YouTube best practices including audience engagement and content strategy.
Experience with uploading and managing content on YouTube channels.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Promotions Manager.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of 4K UHD resolution and best practices is a plus.
