Job Description

• Must be graduate of Bachelor's degree in Event Management, hospitality, communications studies, or any related course;
• Must/Atlest have previous experience in guest services, event planning or hospitality roles in hotel and resort setting;
• Must have Banquest/events experiences;
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for effectively interacting eith guest, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service;
• Excellent verbal and wriiten communication skills for communicating with guests and colleagues ;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail while coordinating meetings and events;
• Must be good in MS or Computer Literate and other relevant system/programs;
• Abilioty to anticipate and address potential issues or challenges that may arise' during meetings or events and to resolve them quickly and efficiently ;
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate guest meeting and events ;
• Must be professional demeanor, appereance, and behavoir are important for representing the hotel and resort in positive light and delivering exceptional services to guest;
• Must be understanding of hotel operations, incluading rooms types, amenities, and facilities for assissting guests with meeting room selection and making recommendations based on their needs;
