IT System Application Specialist

Qualifications:
> Graduate of Computer-related course
> At least 1 year of work experience in the field of IT
> Excellent technical skills, with a very keen interest in IT
> Excellent oral and written communication skills
> Can work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision
> A team player and fast learner
> Capable of multitasking

Functions & Tasks:
> Identifies areas for improvement/enhancement on existing systems and on new ones
being developed.
> Provides post-implementation and production support for supported systems including analysis of production problems raised by users and ad-hoc inquiries and provides business/technical solutions.
> Provide updates and status reports to the project manager during the course of development and related support activities
> Runs the daily and routine processes/applications as required by the operations
> Performs special functions as assigned by immediate superior from time to time
> Trains and supports users on new and existing system features and functions.
> Collects and analyzes user requirements. Produces Functional and/or System
specifications.
> Ensure timely updates of records or data requested by clients via email.
