Job Description
Master and implement the lesson plan and activities provided by the school
Conduct effectively daily classes
Develop and implement supplemental activities that promote the cognitive, social and emotional development of children
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes positive interactions among children
Observe and assess the progress of each child and communicate as needed with parents regarding their child’s development
Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and implement special events
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, and ensure that all materials and equipment are in good working condition
Attend meetings, and PTCs, and participate in trainings and other professional and personal development opportunities
Adhere to all school policies, health and safety regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related field
Excellent command of English, both oral and written
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers
Creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in developing and implementing age-appropriate activities
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledgeable in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Office Programs
Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when working with young children
Must be fully vaccinated, and willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon City
Schedule
Full-time, 8 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
Approximate start date: mid-end June 2023
