Qualifications:
*Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
*Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills

*Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, or account management with empathy and professionalism.
*Follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety, data security, and customer privacy.
