Description :
- Responsible for managing and growing the sales of the company’s products through strategic partnerships with key retail accounts.
- Developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews and business planning sessions with customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the off-trade market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide training and support to customers on product knowledge and merchandising strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and key account activities.
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance departments to ensure product availability and effective promotions.
- Plan and implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Ensure products are well-presented and positioned in stores to maximize visibility and sales.
- A strong understanding of the company's products and the off-trade market is essential.
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), beverage industry or - gourmet sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- With experience in successful implementation of promotional activities.
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
