Job Description
-Lead a team.
-Manage it to meet its goals and give good service.
-Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
-Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Needed Qualifications
-Must have banking and finance experience in collections.
-At least ten years in the BPO industry.
-At least six years of supervisory experience.
