Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to social media content.
Provide clear and effective communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Needed Qualifications:
Good communication skills
K-12 graduate / Senior High School (New Curriculum)
At least three months of call center experience (voice), whether inbound or outbound
