Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Specialist at South Sky Dragon Wellness Corp. located in Laguna. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing employee relations, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, administering benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Human Resources Specialist will also provide support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Source qualified applicants, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires.
Disciplinary and Grievance Management: Support management in addressing disciplinary issues and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Employee Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, HR database management, and other related documentation.
Timekeeping and Payroll: Prepare and manage timekeeping and payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees.
Legal Compliance: Review employment and working conditions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Monthly HR KPI Reporting: Prepare and analyze Monthly HR Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and performance.
Administrative Support: Provide support in various administrative tasks and HR facets as assigned by the HR Manager or management team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in human resources roles
Sound knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Ability to work independently and in a team
