Restaurant Manager

Oversee restaurant operations and supervise team members in their daily tasks to achieve revenue targets
• Manage restaurant opening and closing in accordance with daily checklist
• Ensure the roll out of training sessions pursuant to Company’s service standards and philosophy
• Ensure compliance with policies and SOPs including, but not limited to, customer service, POS function,
cash control and reconciliation, balance tills, due backs, etc.
• Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the restaurant’s appearance and ambience consistent with the
Uma Nota brand
• Ensure proper and timely inventories are done and monitor the ordering of supplies
• Collaborate with relevant departments on events, projects, corporate bookings and VIP functions
• Build and maintain excellent guest experience and good public relations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and address the same in a prompt and accurate manner
• Review and approve employee roster in a prompt manner
• Review standards and SOPs and implement best practices to ensure a seamless delivery of FOH services
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare and monitor department budget within the approval limits
