Job Description

Lions Pride Security Agency, a new and dynamic security company based in Biñan, Laguna, is seeking a highly motivated Liaison Staff to join our growing team. We offer comprehensive security solutions across the Philippines, and you will play a vital role in connecting us with clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and fostering open communication.
2. Conduct initial client consultations to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate services.
3. Manage client accounts, ensuring timely service delivery and exceeding client expectations.
4. Coordinate logistics for security personnel deployment to various locations across the Philippines.
5. Prepare and present security proposals and reports to clients.
6. Maintain accurate client records and manage related documentation.
7. Travel to client sites as needed (valid driver's license required).
8. Assist with client onboarding and training on security protocols.
9. Stay up-to-date on Black Dragon Security Services' offerings and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be comfortable traveling within the Philippines).
