Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably with a license.
• With Professional License in driving.
• At least 3 years proven experience in facilities maintenance management.
• Managerial Experience in Building Maintenance and Construction (preferably in medium to large service organization) with unquestionable integrity.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• With good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures proper and cost-effective repair and maintenance of all company facilities including building spaces/structures, vehicle and rolling equipment other fixed assets except IT hardware and equipment
• Ensures compliance to and manages all health, safety, and security requirements of the Company and all gov't regulatory bodies
• Prepares and monitors the annual and monthly operating budget of the Administration Division
• Participates in and manages major and minor building construction projects in coordination with project consultants
• Manages and coordinates all facilities contractors including janitorial, security, communication, general, and engineering trade contractors.
• Manages the assignment of all spaces including assignment of training/seminar rooms and relocation of staff or office areas; except assignment of meeting room areas.
