Job Description
WORK LOCATION: Mandaluyong
WORK SCHEDULE: To be discussed
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Construction Science
- Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) will be an asset, but not required
- Proven experience as an Estimator
- Familiarity with financial and project management principles
- In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
- Exquisite Math and IT ability with an analytical & critical mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Possesses thoroughness and reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
