- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a focus on Lazada and Shopee.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Lazada and Shopee seller platforms and tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
- Proven track record of driving growth and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Strong sense of responsibility and am accountable for the sales of the store.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
