Actively engage with customers to sell and promote credit card products and services of Polyserve Philippines Inc., a leading recruitment firm.
Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring that the company's financial services meet client needs.
Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and provide exceptional service to potential cardholders.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and comply with all financial industry regulations.
Build and maintain client relationships that are vital to referral business and represent the Polyserve brand with integrity.
Requirement :

Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree or equivalent required.
Experience Level: 1 - 3 years of experience in credit card sales or related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proven consultative sales skills, ability to analyze customer credit data and financial statements, proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, strong negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Selling credit card products, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, advising customers on credit card features and benefits, and maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
Working Conditions: Position may require working outside regular hours and may involve travel to meet clients.
Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, results-driven, excellent interpersonal skills, high level of financial literacy, ethical judgement, and resilience in a competitive sales environment.
