Job Description
Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
Keep the coffee station and dining area clean and well-stocked
Learn and follow company recipes and guidelines for beverage preparation
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality beverages
Benefits:
Free Meal during shift duty
Salary Range: Minimum (610/day)
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Shifting)
