Job Description

The Junior Accountant is responsible for various accounting tasks, with a primary focus on managing accounts payable, filing BIR reports, and preparing payment vouchers.

Process and record accounts payable transactions
Prepare and issue payment vouchers
Maintain accounts payable records
Assist with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) filings
Reconcile bank statements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in handling accounts payable (AP) and BIR filing
Strong interpersonal skills and highly organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with relevant Philippine tax laws (e.g., withholding taxes, VAT)
Working experience in a start-up company is desired
Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
