Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with financial transactions and inquiries.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
Resolve client concerns and disputes.
Provide financial advice and guidance.
Adhere to regulations and data security.
Needed Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
Communication Skills is Above average to Excellent (Conversational in English Communication).
At least B1 Aspiring Minds result with a 32 BAA score or At least 12 months CCE (International Voice).
