Job Description

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their logistics needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with inquiries, orders, and service requests related to logistics solutions.
Provide accurate information and guidance on transportation options, shipping rates, delivery times, and order statuses.
Proactively communicate with clients regarding any delays, disruptions, or changes to their shipments.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Needed Qualifications
College Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or Marketing courses
