Fresher Friendly I Call Center Agent - Paid Training

This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, providing support, and addressing inquiries related to telecommunication services.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of customer account information.
Collaborate with technical support teams to address service-related issues.
Assist customers with billing disputes, refunds, and payment arrangements.
Address and resolve customer complaints, technical issues, and service disruptions.

This opportunity is perfect for you. You've completed high school under the old curriculum. It's also great if you are an ALS graduate. You must be 18 or older. If you're ready to work onsite, that's even better!
