Job Description
1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all assigned properties which includes civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing
2. Conducts routine inspections to identify potential issues and troubleshoots equipment
3. Responds to tenant calls and initially assess concerns
4. Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and work orders
5. Provides support to projects approved by Realty Operations and Purchasing
6. Adheres to safety protocols and regulations within the industrial environment
7. Assists and conducts warehouse turnover and punchlisting
8. Carpentry

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
1. College graduate/ TESDA NC III Holder
2. At least 2-3 years experience in building or warehouse maintenance
3. Basic troubleshooting (Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing)
4. Can read plans and lay-outs
5. Knowledgeable in building or warehouse equipment
6. Able to drive a car and have a valid driver's license
7. Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays
