Job Description

GRADUATE OF BS ARCHITECURE, LICENSED IS AN ADVANTAGE
AT LEAST 2 TO 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE
PROFICIENT IN CAD, SKETCHUP, LUMION ETC
MUST HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING IN SPACE PLANNING, DESIGN PRESENTATION, CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS AND DETAILS, ESTIMATES
ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND WORK WITH MINIMUM SUPERVISION
EXCEPTIONAL WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
EYE FOR DESIGN IS AN ADVANTAGE
COORDINATES WITH SUPPLIERS, CONSULTANTS ETC.
KNOWS ESTIMATES
WILLING TO WORK IN MANILA
