UX Designer

Job Overview:
UX Designer will enhance user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and pleasure provided in the interaction with the product. This role involves understanding user behavior, creating wireframes and prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and effective designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and use case scenarios to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
- Design user interfaces and visual elements that are easy to understand and use.
- Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate functionality and design.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual design complements the user experience.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions.
- Analyze and synthesize usability testing results.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and data analysis.
- Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines.
- Develop and update style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries.
- Advocate for the end-user throughout the design and development process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
