Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance for products or services.
Provide recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Investigate issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to resolve problems.
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
Lateral or 2nd-year College Undergraduate
Above-average English communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
