Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Identify and understand the root cause of issues to provide effective solutions.
Assist customers with account-related issues, password resets, and login problems.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations when handling customer information.

Needed Qualifications
High school graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS graduate.
At least one month of BPO experience.
Good communication skills.
