Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers with their home insurance inquiries and problems.
-Provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer concerns.
-Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling calls and emails.
Needed Qualifications:
-At least high school (old curriculum) or senior high school (new curriculum).
-Excellent communication skills.
-One month BPO experience
