Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to improve system and processes.
- Performs system administration to ensure the functional integrity at process adherence of systems in production.
- Analyze and improve IT systems and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reliability.
- Create technical documentation and specifications for software solutions.
- Develop and implement software solutions to address system issues and improve system performance.
- Work with technical teams to design and implement system integrations and data exchange processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and applications.
- Monitor system performance and develop reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, UAT, and risk management activities.
-Ensure solutions align with the organization's technical standards and best practices.
- Provide support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the organization's architecture where appropriate.
