Job Description
Graduate of any Four (4) years Business Course
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks software and standard accounting platforms
Experience with billing processes, bookkeeping in a corporate environment, and general accounting
Excellent attention to detail and math skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Job Descriptions:
Preparation of draft billing
Checking of attachments prior to preparation of draft billing
Enter, printing and final the draft billing into intuit QuickBooks
Photocopy the attachment of invoices
Collate Invoices
Transmit invoices and tracking the billing if they receive the invoice
Updating downpayments of clients
Enter invoices into excel and update the sales report monthly
Update sales Journal Monthly
Sometimes deliver Invoice
Sometimes pick up check
Answer question from clients
Identifies and resolve billing complaints
Such other duties and function as maybe assigned by management within the capability of the incumbent.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM
Saturday 8:00AM to 3:00PM
