Your Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Needed Qualifications:
at least high school (based on the old curriculum)
at least one year of experience in a BPO handling voice international accounts
excellent communication skills will shine in this role.
