Facilities Engineer

The position exists to ensure the proper maintenance of the company’s building, its infrastructure and equipment. It ensures the operability and functionality of all services in the facility by way of monitoring power generation, transmission and distribution throughout the whole building and its facilities.

It oversees and maintains the building services such as lighting, ventilation, water supply and its lift systems at all times. Finally, it ensures compliance to Occupational Health and Safety procedures.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or any engineering related course
• Relevant experience in building administration for at least 3 years
• Has strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of building code and other government ordinances
• Trustworthy, independent and has high appreciation of honesty and integrity
• Proficient in AutoCad and other design software is a plus
• Hardworking, loyal and has good interpersonal skills, can work with different people
