Job Description

URGENT ! ! ! DIRECT HIRE ! ! !

1. Strategic Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities and threats.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to assess the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis).

2. Operational Excellence:
- Apply principles of industrial engineering to optimize business processes, workflows, and operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement across all functional areas.

3. Data Analysis and Modeling:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and planning.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenarios to evaluate the potential impact of strategic initiatives.

4. Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the development of the company's strategic plan, including defining goals, objectives, and action plans.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with organizational priorities.

5. Project Management:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure successful implementation.

6. Continuous Improvement:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and process mapping exercises to generate ideas for improvement.

7. Risk Management:
- Identify strategic risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Monitor external factors and internal developments that may impact the company's strategic objectives.

8. Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and present strategic plans, business cases, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on strategic initiatives, progress, and outcomes.

Minimum Qualification Standards
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or industrial engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and statistical tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking ability and a track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience with strategic planning software and tools is a plus.
