Job Description

•Conduct Training Needs Analysis every January of the year to identify the training needs of each department.
•Creation of Training Plan for the Fiscal Year based on the Training Needs Analysis submitted by every department.
•Ensures 70% implementation of Training Plan for the year.
•Creation of Training Calendar per month to properly monitor each training schedule.
•Secures the Training Requisition Form and submit the check requisition to accounting.
•Sourcing of training providers for the implementation and completion of trainings scheduled for the whole year.
