Job Description

• Graduate of BS in Human Resource and Law or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in employee and labor relations, preferably in a manufacturing environment with labor union representation.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating collective bargaining agreements and resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Thorough understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including but not limited to disciplinary processes and grievance handling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and confidentiality in all employee relations matters.
• Willing to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna.
