Production Supervisor

Must have at least five (5) years of experience in process or manufacturing/ plant production. Knowledgeable in manufacturing operation in terms of production, quality control and quality assurance processes. With strong leadership skills and can handle multi-tasking activities in the plant operation.

Essential Functions:

Provide inspired leadership for the organization. Makes important planning, and strategic decisions throughout manufacturing operation. Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the plant. Managing daily runs, and planning the use of raw materials and manpower resources.



Job Requirement:



Education:



Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical or electrical engineering, and license holder or equivalent.





Technology Skills:



Proficiency in computer applications including spreadsheets, MS Word and other presentation software.
Proficient in data collection, data organization, analysis, visualization and presentation of data.
In-depth knowledge of product design, engineering, manufacturing, tooling, maintenance and processing Quality, Six Sigma and Lean systems
