Sales Development Representative (Makati/Hybrid)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred
- Strong interest in technology and software solutions in the vacation rental/hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proficient in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com

- Identify and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
- Conduct outbound calls, professionally communicating our value proposition
- Manage leads and sales activities in Salesforce.com
- Address customer inquiries to advance the sales process
- Record call activities in HubSpot accurately
- Deliver exceptional service, adhering to quality standards
- Collaborate with the sales team on strategies to meet targets
- Achieve productivity goals in lead generation and appointment setting
- Follow and adapt to weekly schedules based on business needs
- Secure and follow up on appointments to progress sales
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
