Job Responsibilities:

Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and disputes promptly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
Educate customers on various financial products, services, and promotions.
Collaborate with colleagues and team leads to achieve service level targets and maintain a positive team atmosphere.

Key Qualifications:

College graduate.
1 year of BPO experience, preferably with exposure to Banking/Financial accounts.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
