Job Description

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s Degree
> Must have Sr. Team Manager Experience or Almost Account Manager-related experience in Sales & Tech Campaign in the BPO setting
> OR 5 years consecutive Team Manager (BPO) experience; OR 1-year Account/Operations Manager (BPO) Experience that is willing to take the Sr. TM position. Must have experience handling Sales & Tech Campaign in the BPO setting
> Excellent English comms skills
> Amenable to working onsite in Shaw, Mandaluyong
> Amenable to work on shifting schedules

Requirements and Expectations from the role:
• Must have hands-on experience in managing sales and tech teams
• Ability to do a root-cause analysis to improve key performance
• Effective Coaching and Mentoring Skills
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision within 90 days
• Must be able to manage client communications and reviews
