Job Description
* Ensures clients’ logistics requirements are met via efficient Production Planning Inventory and Control
* Ensures clients’ volume requirements are met via efficient Production Operations
* Ensures clients’ product quality requirements are met via robust Quality procedures.
* Ensures physical inventory of clients’ and company’s stocks are safely kept, monitored, and accurately matches that of the SAP or database records
* Ensures operational KPIs (Efficiency, Volume Achievement, Inventory Accuracy, Packaging Materials usage, Customer Complaints, Safety-LTA, Manning, Performance Evaluation) are being met monthly.
* Ensures weekly and monthly operational reports are submitted on time.
* Ensures monthly Goals and Objectives (aside from KPIs) are achieved
Job Specification or Qualifications:
· College Graduate preferably Engineering graduate
· Minimum 5 years middle management job experience
· With manufacturing setting experience preferably with toll-packing operations
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
· Computer literate (WS, Excel, PowerPoint)
