Product Specialist

Richgemm Medical is a distribution company that founded on the vision of providing the Orthopedic Surgeon with high-quality, clinically tested, and affordable orthopedic products.

Responsibilities:
Identifies clients needs and recommending company products that best fulfill those needs.
Identifies new opportunities to increase product sales, investigates and resolves clients complaints, and strategically negotiates the terms of sale with clients to close deals.
Generates leads and meets sales goals, including product promotion through sales presentations and one-on-one coverage and negotiating with potential clients.
Prepares and submits reports while providing insightful recommendations
Coordinates and implements marketing programs and sales activities.
Visits existing and potential clients to asses their needs.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health-related courses or business courses.
A strong commitment to customer service and excellence.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
A deep understanding of the sales process, customer service, and product knowledge are crucial factors for success in this role.
Demonstrates willingness to learn, undergo training and work independently with minimal supervision.
