Job Description
* In charge of implementing the company discipline system
* Conducts administrative hearings for employees with infractions/offenses
* Prepares appropriate notices relative to the Labor Relations Section, such as the Disengagement Notices, Flexible Work Arrangement Notices, etc.
* In charge of evaluating documents and proof of evidence for labor-related concerns and complaints
* Serves as company representative in DOLE hearings.Submits the Semi-Annual Report to DOLE Processes and secures the renewal of the Certificate of Registration before the Office of DOLE.
* Prepares Mancom meeting reports and updates
* Conducts monthly alignment with the Operations Department to discuss labor-related updates and concerns.
* Conducts orientation to new employees about Labor Relations and Discipline System
* Does coordination and consultation with external legal counsel/retainers for major cases
* Monitors and updates the Disengagement List from time to time.
