Job Description

Qualification:
-Bachelor Degree graduates in Management or similar
-With minimum of 5 years’ experience as Admin Officer
-Knowledgeable in procurement, admin task, purchasing, and other deliverables
-Knows how to make memorandum, do the minutes of meeting, implement policy, timekeeping and assist the day-to-day task in office and with the managers.
-Directly reporting to the directors for the day-to-day tasks.
-Multi tasking, flexible, good listener, and can work under minimum supervision.
-Skills: Negotiation, organizational, leadership, communication, detail oriented
-Willing to work in Pasig and start asap.
